Moreplex TV Migrates to 51.5°E Belintersat – Full Setup Guide for HERO Decoder Users

Moreplex TV subscribers have an important update to take note of. The platform has officially migrated to the Belintersat 1 satellite at 51.5°E, meaning users will need to manually update their decoder settings to continue enjoying uninterrupted service.

In this guide, you’ll learn how to add the required transponders and scan your channels successfully on a HERO decoder.

📡 New Moreplex TV Transponder Frequencies To restore your channels, you need to add the following transponders:

11130 H 30000

11170 H 30000

11010 H 30000

⚙️ Step-by-Step Guide to Add Transponders on HERO Decoder 🔹 STEP ONE: Add a Transponder Follow these steps to manually input each frequency:

Press the MENU button on your remote

Scroll to Personal Settings and select Self Installation

Under Self Installation, select Pointing

In the Frequency field, enter: 11170 (you will repeat for others later)

Move to Symbol Rate and enter: 30000

Set Polarity to Horizontal (H)

Press the BACK button (do NOT press EXIT)

When prompted, press OK to save

🔹 STEP TWO: Scan the Transponder Now scan to load channels:

Press MENU again

Go to Installation Setup

Select Satellite Scan and press OK

Navigate to Transponder and select the frequency you just added

Scroll to Network Search, turn it OFF

Press OK to begin scanning

Wait for the scan to complete

⚠️ Important Note You must repeat Step One and Step Two for each of the three frequencies:

11130 H 30000

11170 H 30000

11010 H 30000

This process ensures that all channels are properly restored.

📝 Final Note This setup is temporary and will remain in place until the official OTA (Over-The-Air) update is released.

🚀 Conclusion The migration of Moreplex TV to Belintersat 1 is a necessary upgrade, but with the steps above, you can quickly get your channels back without stress.
